Transfers in Barcelona and across Spain at a fixed price

There are several ways: the R2 Nord train from T2, the L9 Sud metro with a change, the Aerobus to Placa de Catalunya in about 35 minutes, or a taxi from the rank. A transfer with a driver takes you from the terminal to your address with no changes and no queue - which helps when you are travelling with children, with suitcases or on a late flight.

There is no need to warn us: we track your flight number and send the car for the actual arrival time, at no extra charge. At the airport, the railway station and the cruise port the first 60 minutes of waiting are free; at every other address it is 15 minutes.

Your driver will contact you once you have landed - in the app chat or by phone - and give you the exact meeting point. The driver's details and the car's registration are in the app. If you would like to be met with a name board, add the Meet & Greet option: it is included in the Premium tariff and costs 10 EUR in Comfort and Van.

Child seats are free in every tariff. Tick them when you book and the driver will fit them in advance, so they are in the car before you get in. In Spain carrying children without a seat is against the law.

Yes, there is an extra stop option when you book: give the address and it becomes part of the route. The price is worked out straight away with that point included.

Yes, it is a +25 EUR option when you book. Tick it in advance so that we send a suitable car.

The transfer price is fixed when you book and does not depend on traffic, the time of day, a diversion or how busy the roads are. The app shows you the same figure as your booking confirmation. Toll roads are not included in the price of the route.

By card in the app. The receipt arrives automatically. With an advance booking the amount is held on your card and charged after the ride.

All our drivers speak English, which is enough to agree the route and any stops. Chat support replies in your own language.

You can book as little as an hour before the ride, but for early mornings, night flights and large groups it is better to book ahead - the choice of cars is wider. An advance booking can be cancelled without a penalty up to 24 hours before.

Comfort takes three large suitcases; Van is built for seven passengers and their luggage. If you are flying with skis, a surfboard or a pushchair, tick it when you book and we will send a car with the right boot space.

Yes. The zone applies inside the ring roads on weekdays from 7:00 to 20:00, and cars with a DGT environmental sticker are allowed in. Ours have one, and there is no separate charge for entering.

There will be no extra charge. The terminal is identified from your flight number and the driver meets you where you land. At Barcelona airport T1 and T2 stand 4 km apart, but that has no effect on the price.

The price of the ride is final and already covers the driver's work. That said, if you would like to thank him separately, he will appreciate it.

Yes, all year round and at any hour: at night, at weekends, at Christmas and at New Year. There are no night or holiday surcharges.
