Do I need to install the app to book a transfer?
You can also book on the website. The app is faster: the price appears in ten seconds, the driver writes in the chat, and your ride history and card details are saved - the next booking takes two taps.
How do I book a transfer in the app?
Enter the pickup and drop-off addresses - the price appears at once, before you confirm. Choose the car class and time, confirm the booking. No calls or messages needed.
Can I book a transfer in advance, from home?
Yes, and it is safer that way: for early mornings, night flights and large groups the choice of cars is wider. A pre-booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before.
What can I see in the app after booking?
The route, pickup time, car class and the amount. Closer to the ride you also see the driver's name, the car number and a chat with him.
How do I contact the driver?
Through the chat in the app - it opens once a driver is assigned. The driver writes to you after you land and tells you the meeting point, so you will not have to look for him.
Can I change the address after booking?
The destination cannot be changed - a new booking is needed. An intermediate stop can be added to the current one.
Can I book a transfer for someone else?
The booking is made for the person travelling: the account belongs to the passenger. But you can give the phone number of whoever is meeting them - the driver will get in touch.
Is my ride history saved?
Yes, all rides and receipts stay in the app. You can repeat a previous route from the history without typing the addresses again.
