From the cruise terminals to El Prat Airport is about 17 km and roughly 27 minutes. This is the tightest part of disembarkation day: the ship docks in the morning, the flight is in the afternoon, and in between there are cases and an unfamiliar city.
The port is a restricted area with no public transport from the terminals. A direct transfer collects you at your terminal exit and takes you to T1 or T2 - no shuttle to Columbus, no hunting for a taxi with luggage.

How long is the ride from the port to the airport?
About 27 minutes and 17 km. Moll Adossat is slightly further, the World Trade Center is closer.
What time should we leave?
Three hours before an international flight, two before a domestic one, counting back from departure.
What if the ship docks late?
Message support in the chat and we move the pickup; the price does not change.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. The Van seats up to 7 and the fare does not depend on how many of you there are.
Do you pick up from any address in Barcelona?
Yes: hotel, apartment, office. Set the pickup point in the app.
Can I book the return trip?
Yes, as a separate booking. For a route with stops, keeping the car by the hour is better value.
How long does the driver wait for free?
60 minutes after the ship docks. After that waiting is charged. On disembarkation day allow a margin - getting off the ship takes longer than people expect.
When is the money taken?
For a one-off booking, when the ride starts. If you book ahead, the amount is held on your card and charged at the same moment the ride begins. Nothing is paid upfront.
Can I cancel?
A scheduled transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. After that a cancellation fee applies.
Are tolls included in the price?
No, toll roads are paid separately and shown in the booking. There are no hidden charges: anything beyond the fare is visible before you confirm.
