Let's GO Transfer

Legal notice

Last updated: 10/1/2026

Edition 1. In force from 1 October 2026.

This notice gives the information that Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) requires about the owner of the website letsgo-transfer.com and the Let's GO apps, and sets out the conditions for using the website.

1. Who we are

1.1. The website and the apps belong to VIKI KIMO PRO, S.L. ("Let's GO", "we"):

  • NIF: B75955716;
  • registered office: Avenida 348, nº 36, 1º, 08860 Castelldefels, Barcelona, Spain;
  • office: Carrer de Vilamarí, 60, 08015 Barcelona, Spain;
  • registered in the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona, sheet B-632101, volume (IRUS) 1000447161163, folio 1, entry 1; EUID ES08005.000723767;
  • e-mail: info@letsgo-transfer.com; telephone: +34 646 75 15 29.

1.2. The same e-mail address is our single point of contact for users and for authorities under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). You can write to it in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German or Russian.

2. What Let's GO does

2.1. Let's GO is a booking service for private transfers and cars with a driver. Let's GO does not carry passengers: each journey is performed by an independent carrier that holds the authorisation transport law requires (in Spain, a VTC authorisation), and Let's GO concludes the contract for the journey in that carrier's name.

2.2. These documents apply, and each is available on the website and in the apps:

  • the Terms of Use, to booking and using the service, for passengers, businesses and their guests;
  • the Privacy Policy, to personal data; its section 12 lists the cookies the website uses;
  • the Driver Agreement, to carriers and their drivers.

3. Using the website

3.1. You may use the website to find out about the service and to book it. Use it lawfully, and do not disrupt it, try to reach parts of it or data that are not yours, or read it with automated systems without our written permission.

3.2. The price of a ride is the one the booking screen shows before you book, as section 5 of the Terms of Use says.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. The website and the apps - their texts, images and design, the Let's GO name and logo, and the software - belong to VIKI KIMO PRO, S.L. or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view them, and print or save pages for your own use. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation needs our written permission, except where the law allows it.

4.2. Maps and address search are provided by Google, under Google's own terms.

5. Links to other websites

5.1. The website links to other websites and services, such as the app stores and the payment provider's pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. If you tell us that a link leads to unlawful content, we remove the link without delay.

6. Reporting unlawful content

6.1. If you find content in the service that you consider unlawful, such as a message or a comment, write to info@letsgo-transfer.com. Say what the content is and where it is (for example, the booking number or the address of the page), explain why you consider it unlawful, give your name and e-mail address, and confirm that you believe what you report is accurate and complete.

6.2. We confirm that we have received your report, decide on it without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and how you can ask us to look at it again.

7. Availability and liability

7.1. We take care that what the website says is correct and current, and we correct errors as soon as we know of them. The website and the apps may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as a failure of telecommunications or electricity.

7.2. Nothing in this notice limits the rights a consumer has under the law or under the Terms of Use.

8. Complaints

8.1. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones oficiales) are available on request at info@letsgo-transfer.com. How complaints are handled, and how a consumer can go to the consumer arbitration system, is described in section 16 of the Terms of Use.

9. Law and courts

9.1. Spanish law applies. A consumer may bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile; for anything that is not a consumer matter, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
