Let's GO Transfer

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17/09/2026

Welcome to Let's GO. These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and VIKI KIMO PRO S.L. about the use of our booking service for private transfers. Please read them before you book. By booking you accept them.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by VIKI KIMO PRO S.L., NIF B75955716, registered at Avenida 348, nº 36, 1º, 08860 Castelldefels, Barcelona, Spain, with its office at Carrer de Vilamarí, 60, 08015 Barcelona. You can reach us at info@letsgo-transfer.com and on +34 646 75 15 29.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

Let's GO is a booking platform for private transfers. We take your booking, set the price, find a driver for it and collect the payment. The journey itself is carried out by an independent transport company or driver holding a VTC licence, and the contract for the journey is between you and that driver. We act in their name when we take your money for the ride.

Drivers who work through the platform accept their own agreement with us. Those terms are not this document.

3. Who may use it

To book a ride you need an account, and you have to be at least 18 years old. When you create an account you agree to:

  • give a name, telephone number and email address that are correct and current
  • keep your password to yourself and your account secure
  • tell us straight away if somebody else has used your account
  • answer for what is done through your account

4. Using the service properly

The service is for booking journeys. You agree not to:

  • disrupt, overload or interfere with the service or the network behind it
  • try to reach parts of the service, or other people's data, that are not yours
  • use automated systems to read or book through the service without our written permission
  • copy the service, or build something from it, without our written permission

5. The price, and what it includes

The price of a transfer is shown before you book, and that is the price you pay. It includes the journey between the addresses you gave, the vehicle class you chose, the driver's time and our own fee. It does not include road tolls: where a route has them, the driver is paid for them directly, in the car, at the end of the journey. A charge for tolls inside the app may be added later, and it will be shown before you book when it is.

The price changes only when the journey changes - you add a stop, you move the destination, you add an extra service, or you keep the driver waiting beyond the free time in section 7. Anything added is priced when it is added and shown before it is charged.

Extra services are optional and priced per booking: Meet & Greet at the terminal, a child seat, travelling with a pet. Their prices are shown beside them when you book.

6. Paying

Payment is by bank card, through Stripe. The amount is reserved on your card when you book a ride for now, or a booking whose pickup is close; for a booking further ahead it is reserved when the booking becomes active, a few hours before the pickup. The ride is charged when it is complete. We do not hold your card number; Stripe does. Payment by cash is not available.

A business that books for its guest can either pay for the ride itself or send the guest a payment link. A guest who pays by link is paying for that ride only and does not need an account.

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies.

7. Waiting for you, and delays

The driver waits without charge:

  • at an airport, a railway station or a port: 60 minutes from the time the flight, train or ship actually arrives, which we track from the flight number you gave
  • anywhere else: 15 minutes from the pickup time you booked

Waiting beyond that is free today. If we ever start charging for it, the meter, the rate and the free window will be in these terms before the first charge is made.

We ask for a flight number so that a delayed arrival moves the pickup rather than losing it. Without one, a delay is your own.

8. Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel a booking in the app or on the website.

Today a cancellation costs nothing, whenever it is made, and a passenger who does not arrive is not charged either. That is our current setting, not a permanent promise: if a cancellation fee, a no-show charge or a waiting charge is introduced, this document is published in its new edition first, and the new rules apply only to bookings made after that.

If a driver cancels, or nobody arrives for you, you pay nothing and any money taken is returned to the card that paid it. Refunds are made through Stripe and reach the card within the time your bank takes.

9. The ride itself

The driver decides the route, subject to the addresses and the stops of the booking, and drives lawfully. You agree to travel as the law requires - seat belts on, children in the seat you booked for them - and not to smoke, damage the vehicle or carry anything unlawful in it. The driver may end a journey that puts anybody at risk.

If something is left in the vehicle, tell us: we pass the request to the driver, who decides how to return it.

10. What we answer for, and what the driver answers for

We answer for the booking service: that it takes your booking, prices it, finds a driver, charges you correctly and shows you the ride. The driver answers for the journey, for the vehicle, for their licences and insurance, and for how the journey is driven.

We do not promise the service is available without interruption, and we are not liable for the consequences of a failure that is outside what we control. Nothing here removes the rights a consumer has under Spanish law, and nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

11. Your personal data

How we collect and use personal data, who receives it, how long it is kept and the rights you have are in our Privacy Policy. It is part of this agreement by reference.

12. Complaints, and what to do if we cannot agree

Tell us first: info@letsgo-transfer.com. We answer within one month.

We keep official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones oficiales) and give one on request, in the vehicle or by email. If our answer does not settle it, a consumer may take the matter to the consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or to the consumer authority of their autonomous community. A complaint about personal data can go to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.

13. Changes to these terms

We change these terms when what we do changes. A new edition is published on the website and in both apps, and it says its date. Where a change affects what is charged or what we are responsible for, it applies to bookings made after the new edition is published, and we ask you to accept it the next time you sign in.

14. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account in the app or by writing to us; deletion follows the Privacy Policy, and the records the law makes us keep stay for their period. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaks these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where we have to by law - and we say why, unless the law prevents us.

15. Law and courts

Spanish law applies. A consumer may bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile; for anything that is not a consumer matter, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
