How do I book a transfer?
Enter your pickup and drop-off points on the booking page or in the app, choose a vehicle class and confirm the ride. You can also order without registration - via a WhatsApp request.
How much does a ride cost?
The price is fixed and known before you confirm: a base fare plus a per-kilometre rate for the chosen tariff. Traffic and travel time do not affect the price.
How can I pay?
By card in the app or in cash to the driver - whichever suits you.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel in the app. Cancellation terms depend on the time before pickup - see the Terms of Use for details.
