From the ship straight into the city
From the cruise terminals to central Barcelona is 6 km, and the drive takes ~18 min. The port is a closed area: between the terminals and the city runs a paid shuttle to the Columbus monument, and from there you have to find transport with your suitcases.
A direct transfer picks you up at the exit of your terminal and takes you to your hotel. The driver knows the port's access rules and gets as close as the regulations allow.
Comfort - up to three people with standard luggage. Van - the choice for families and groups: seven seats, and the boot takes a pushchair, skis or a snowboard alongside the suitcases. Premium - business trips and meeting guests: a higher-class car, up to three passengers.

What awaits you in the centre
The centre is five different districts. The Eixample with Gaudí's houses and wide avenues, the Gothic Quarter with its narrow streets, the Raval with the Boqueria market next door, El Born with the Picasso museum, and Barceloneta right by the sea. From the cruise terminal to any of them is ~18 min.
You can walk more than it seems. The Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló and Casa Milà are about half an hour's walk from each other. Park Güell is further, up on the hill; better to drive there.
Lunch is late here. Restaurant kitchens work from 13:30 to 16:00 and again from 20:30. In between only the tourist places on the main streets are open, and they are usually worse.
The sea is within the city. Barceloneta beach is twenty minutes on foot from the Gothic Quarter. The water warms up by June, and people swim until October.
Tibidabo is the lookout above the city. A hill 33 minutes from the centre, with a view of all Barcelona and the sea. At the top, a vintage amusement park and a church.
About the road. From the cruise terminal to the centre is 6 km, ~18 min on the Ronda Litoral. In rush hour add 15-20 minutes. The price is fixed when you book and does not depend on traffic.
What's included in every transfer

How long is the drive from the port to the centre?
6 km and ~18 min, a little further from Moll Adossat than from the World Trade Center, depending on the terminal and the traffic. From Moll Adossat it is further, from the World Trade Center closer.
Will the driver come into the port area?
Yes, we have access to the passenger zones. The driver waits at the exit of the terminal you gave when booking.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. Van takes up to 7 passengers, and the fare does not depend on how many of you there are.
Will the suitcases fit after a long cruise?
In a Van, yes: several large suitcases plus hand luggage. Give the number when you book.
What if the ship arrives late?
Tell us in the support chat and we will move the pick-up time. The price does not change.
Can I go straight to the airport instead of the centre?
Yes, it is a separate route: from the port to T1 or T2, 18 km and ~21 min.
How long does the driver wait for free?
60 minutes after the ship arrives. After that, waiting is charged. If the ship came in late, message support and we will move the pick-up.
When is the money taken?
No prepayment. The amount is held on your card when you book and charged only after the trip is completed. Until then the money stays with you.
Can I cancel the trip?
A planned transfer can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before pick-up. After that, cancellation is charged.
Are toll roads included in the price?
Toll roads are not included in the price.
Where will you meet me at the cruise port?
At the exit of your terminal on Moll Adossat. The driver messages you where the car is parked; before the trip you get the driver's name, phone number and car registration.
Do I need child seats and how much do they cost?
Seats are mandatory for children under 135 cm and free in every class. Tick the option when you book.
Can I book a transfer at night?
Yes, around the clock. No night surcharges, the price is the same as by day.
