Off the ship and into the city
From the cruise terminals to central Barcelona is about 8 km. The port is a restricted area: a paid shuttle runs from the terminals to the Columbus monument, and from there you still have to find transport with your cases.
A direct transfer collects you at your terminal exit and takes you to your hotel. The driver knows the port access rules and gets as close as they allow.

How long is the ride from the port to the centre?
About 8 km and 20 to 28 minutes depending on the terminal and traffic. Moll Adossat is further out, the World Trade Center is closer.
Will the driver come into the port?
Yes, we have access to the passenger areas. The driver waits at the exit of the terminal you named when booking.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. The Van seats up to 7 and the fare does not depend on how many of you there are.
Will the cases fit after a long cruise?
In the Van, yes: several large cases plus hand luggage. Tell us the count when booking.
What if the ship docks late?
Message support in the chat and we move the pickup. The price does not change.
Can I go straight to the airport instead?
Yes, that is a separate route: from the port to T1 or T2, about 17 km and 27 minutes.
How long does the driver wait for free?
60 minutes after the ship docks. After that waiting is charged. If the ship arrives late, message support and we move the pickup.
When is the money taken?
For a one-off booking, when the ride starts. If you book ahead, the amount is held on your card and charged at the same moment the ride begins. Nothing is paid upfront.
Can I cancel?
A scheduled transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. After that a cancellation fee applies.
Are tolls included in the price?
No, toll roads are paid separately and shown in the booking. There are no hidden charges: anything beyond the fare is visible before you confirm.
