Barcelona has two cruise zones. Moll Adossat is the main one, with six terminals, and the big liners go there. Moll de Barcelona at the foot of the Rambla takes smaller ships.
The road depends on it: Moll Adossat is roughly eighteen kilometres from the airport motorway, Moll de Barcelona a little closer, and you do not choose where you dock.
Give the name of the ship when you book. We will confirm the berth rather than guess, and the driver will meet you at the right terminal.
Disembarkation morning
Ships unload in waves. Passengers are let off by group number over two or three hours, and yours may not be first. Tell us when you expect to get off and we will adjust the pick-up.
Give us the departure time too. We count the departure back from it, bearing in mind that the check-in queue in Girona appears suddenly.
Luggage is the main thing on this day. A family with six large suitcases means a minivan, not a saloon car. Tell us in advance.
If there is time to spare, the road passes close to Girona, and a stop can be agreed when you book rather than discussed in the car.
