A monastery in the serrated cliffs. The Benedictine abbey has stood here since the eleventh century, on a ledge among rock towers that gave the mountain its name.
Inside the basilica is the Virgin of Montserrat, the patron saint of Catalonia. The queue to see her can be long in the middle of the day. The boys' choir sings on most days at set times and draws a crowd of its own.
Funiculars run to higher paths and to the hermitage of Sant Joan. Entering the grounds is free; the museum and the visit to the Virgin have their own tickets.

Which terminal do you collect from?
All of them. Barcelona has seven cruise terminals and they are far apart, so give us the terminal name when you book.
How long should we allow at the monastery?
Two to three hours covers the basilica, the viewpoint and one funicular. Longer if you want the museum or the choir.
Is there room for luggage and strollers?
Yes, for bulky luggage we assign a car of a suitable class.
When do you charge?

Can I cancel?
A scheduled transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. After that a cancellation fee applies.
