Departure timed to your flight
From a hotel or apartment in Barcelona to terminals T1 and T2 is 15 km and ~23 min through the city. The driver comes to your entrance at the agreed time and helps load the suitcases.
We work out the departure time from your flight, not by guesswork: a smaller margin for domestic departures, a bigger one for international. Early flights are routine, we work around the clock. Public transport at six in the morning with suitcases is not much fun.
Comfort - up to three people with standard luggage. Van - the choice for families and groups: seven seats, and the boot takes a pushchair, skis or a snowboard alongside the suitcases. Premium - business trips and meeting guests: a higher-class car, up to three passengers.

Where you'll arrive
How to work out when to leave
You need to be at the airport early. For domestic flights, an hour and a half before departure; for international, two hours; for flights outside the EU, two and a half. That is the time until check-in closes, not until take-off.
The drive takes from 20 minutes to an hour. From central Barcelona ~23 min, longer from the coastal towns. In rush hour, 8 to 10 in the morning and 6 to 8 in the evening, add fifteen to twenty minutes.
The terminals are 4 km apart. T1 handles Vueling, Iberia, Lufthansa and long-haul flights. T2 handles Ryanair, easyJet and some charters. Give the flight number when you book and the driver will drop you at the right entrance.
Early flights are routine. We work around the clock, a four-in-the-morning pick-up is no problem. Best to book the day before.
Luggage and space. A saloon car takes three large suitcases, a seven-seat minivan six or seven. If you have a lot of luggage, take a Van: the price difference is small, and a second car would cost twice as much.
About booking. The price is fixed when you book and does not change with traffic or night hours. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
What's included in every transfer
• Flight tracking. We follow your flight number: if the plane is late, the driver brings the car to the actual landing time. No need to warn us, no surcharge.
• 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport from the moment of landing. At cruise ports the count starts when the ship arrives, at railway stations when the train pulls in.
• Name sign in the arrivals hall. €10 in any class.
• No prepayment. The amount is held on your card when you book and charged only after the trip is completed. Until then the money stays with you.
• Child seat free in every class, required up to 135 cm. Tick it when you book.

When should I leave for the airport?
From central Barcelona, 3 hours before an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic one. The drive takes ~23 min, the rest is a margin for check-in and security.
How long is the drive to the airport?
~23 min and roughly 15 km from the centre. In rush hour allow 15-20 minutes extra.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. Van takes up to 7 passengers, and the fare does not depend on how many of you there are.
Will you pick up from an apartment or only from a hotel?
From any address in Barcelona: hotel, apartment, office. Enter the pick-up point in the app.
Can I book both ways at once?
Yes, in the app two trips go into one booking - the arrival and the return flight.
What if my flight is rescheduled?
Tell us in the support chat - we will move the pick-up time free of charge.
How long does the driver wait for free?
15 minutes from the pick-up time, after that waiting is charged. If you are running late, message support: any waiting beyond that is paid.
When is the money taken?
No prepayment. The amount is held on your card when you book and charged only after the trip is completed. Until then the money stays with you.
Can I cancel the trip?
A planned transfer can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before pick-up. After that, cancellation is charged.
Are toll roads included in the price?
Toll roads are not included in the price.
Do I need child seats and how much do they cost?
Seats are mandatory for children under 135 cm and free in every class. Tick the option when you book.
Can I book a transfer at night?
Yes, around the clock. No night surcharges, the price is the same as by day.
