From your hotel or apartment in Barcelona to terminals T1 and T2 is about 15 km and roughly 26 minutes across the city. The driver arrives at your door at the agreed time and helps load the cases.
We work the departure time back from your flight rather than guessing: less margin for a domestic hop, more for a long-haul. A 6 a.m. departure is routine - we run around the clock.

Frequently asked questions
What time should I leave for the airport?
From central Barcelona: three hours before an international flight, two before a domestic one. The drive is about 26 minutes; the rest is margin for check-in and security.
How long is the drive to the airport?
About 26 minutes and roughly 15 km from the centre. In rush hour allow another 10-15 minutes.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. The Van seats up to 7 and the fare does not depend on how many of you there are.
Will you pick up from an apartment, not just a hotel?
From any address in Barcelona: hotel, apartment, office. Set the pickup point in the app.
Can I book both directions at once?
Yes - the app books the arrival and the return departure as one order.
What if my flight is rescheduled?
Message support in the chat and we move the pickup time at no charge.
How long does the driver wait for free?
15 minutes from the pickup time; after that waiting is charged. If you are running late, message support and the driver will wait.
When is the money taken?
For a one-off booking, when the ride starts. If you book ahead, the amount is held on your card and charged at the same moment the ride begins. Nothing is paid upfront.
Can I cancel?
A scheduled transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. After that a cancellation fee applies.
Are tolls included in the price?
No, toll roads are paid separately and shown in the booking. There are no hidden charges: anything beyond the fare is visible before you confirm.
