Transfer to Fira Gran Via. Fixed price, pickup at your address.

It is 6 km from central Barcelona to Fira Barcelona Gran Via, and the drive takes ~19 min along the Gran Via. The driver comes to your address at the time you booked and messages you in the chat before setting off. The entrances to the complex are at opposite ends of it, so pick the one you need when you book - South, North or East.
The driver comes to the address you picked and messages you in the chat before setting off. The car's registration is visible in the app.
The amount is fixed when you book and is only charged after the ride. Neither the morning rush hour nor the traffic makes any difference to it.
A Van takes up to seven pieces of luggage: sample cases, a rolled-up stand, promotional material. There is no surcharge for oversized items.
The price is for the whole car, not per person. It is fixed when you book and does not change because of traffic or a night-time pickup.

Took a long-distance transfer from Barcelona to Valencia with my family. Three people, lots of luggage, and a fixed price that was actually cheaper than the train tickets for all of us. The driver arrived right on time, the car was spacious and comfortable, and we could just relax instead of dealing with stations and connections. Booking through the app was simple and instant. Great value for money.

The morning of day one. Registration and the first talks begin at around nine. Tens of thousands of people head for the exhibition at exactly that hour, and the Gran Via backs up. The road narrows near the complex itself as well. Leave with time in hand: far better to drink a coffee outside the pavilion than to walk in late.
Where to stay. The hotels closest to the venue are the ones around Plaça d'Espanya. There are not many rooms there and they sell out long before the event. Plenty of attendees stay on Passeig de Gràcia, in the Eixample, in Poblenou or near the Diagonal. From any of those it is twenty minutes to half an hour, depending on when you set off.
The evening exodus. When the pavilions close, everyone comes out at once. A long queue builds at the taxi rank, and on the metro you struggle to get into a carriage at all. If the car is booked in advance you will not have to look for it: it will be waiting at the entrance you chose.
Two venues. Gran Via and Montjuïc are about four kilometres apart. During ISE 2027 the show takes over both of them. If your meetings jump from one to the other, hourly hire is easier: the driver stays with you for the whole time you have paid for and runs between the venues as many times as you need.
Dinner in the city. A working day often ends over dinner. The districts nearest the venue are Poble-sec and Sant Antoni, with the Gothic Quarter and El Born a little further out. Book the ride back separately - you can do that in the app ahead of time.
Every option, with prices and travel times.
| Option | Price | Time | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Metro L9 Sud | €2.65 | ~30 min | From the centre with a change onto the L9 at Collblanc or Torrassa. |
| Taxi on the meter | ~€20 | ~25 min | The price is not fixed, plus €3.30 for leaving from Fira on the way back. |
| MWC delegate travel pass | free | ~30 min | Congress attendees get a pass for the metro, buses and FGC in zone 1. Valid only on event days. |
| Let's GO Transfer | from €45 | ~19 min | From your address to the exhibition centre entrance you need. |
from €45 for the whole car, not per person. The distance is 6 km and the drive takes ~19 min.
The drive takes ~19 min, but on congress mornings allow twice that. Book the car for a set time rather than hunting for one as you walk out of the door. More in our blog: how to get to MWC and when the free pass isn't enough.
15 minutes free of charge. That is enough time to come down and load your things. The driver messages you in the chat before setting off, and the car's registration is visible in the app.
The exhibition centre stands in neighbouring L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, which runs into Barcelona with no visible boundary. The address is Av. Joan Carles I.
Yes, we work around the clock and the price does not change at night. On major event days it is best to book the day before.
Book the car in advance for a specific time and it will be waiting for you on the spot. The taxi queue at the entrances stretches on for a long while after the pavilions close.
For several trips in one day, hourly hire works best: the driver stays with you for the whole time you have paid for. A standard transfer is a one-way ride.
Comfort takes up to three passengers with two suitcases; Van takes up to seven people, or up to seven pieces of luggage. The price is the same per car, however many of you travel.
Yes, place as many bookings as you need for the same time. For companies we can issue an invoice with full details and VAT on request.
