The largest residential marina in Europe. More than twenty kilometres of navigable canals run between the houses, and many properties have a mooring instead of a driveway. Boats pass under road bridges in the middle of town.

Just north is the Aiguamolls de l'Emporda nature reserve, a wetland with flamingos and observation hides. Cadaques and Figueres are both within half an hour.

Is there a direct train to Empuriabrava?
No. The nearest station is Figueres, and from there you still need a bus or a taxi. A transfer covers the whole distance in one ride.

Yes. Give the street and number when you book and the route is set in advance, including which side of the canal you are on.
How long does the drive take?
Around an hour and three quarters on the AP-7, longer in August when the coast road is busy.
Is there room for luggage and strollers?
