Flights into Barcelona run late. A summer storm over the Pyrenees, the previous plane arriving behind schedule, a slow queue at passport control. The reasons vary, and none of it is your fault.
Here's what happens to a booked transfer when the schedule moves, what it costs, and when you need to do something.
The driver follows the aircraft, not the clock
Once your booking has a flight number on it, the pickup no longer depends on the time you typed in. We read the flight status and move the pickup along with it.

The first three rows are routine—there's nothing for you to do. The last two need a message, because the route itself changes.
The 60 minutes start when the wheels touch down
Free waiting at the airport is 60 minutes, and we count them from the actual landing rather than from the timetable. It's a bigger deal than it sounds: if the plane lands two hours late, the free hour starts two hours late as well.
Here's where that hour goes in Barcelona:

A delay doesn't change the price
A delay doesn't make your transfer more expensive.
You fix the price when you book: it doesn't drift with traffic, with the time of day, or with how long the plane sat on the tarmac. There's no night supplement and no rush-hour multiplier.
Toll roads are not included in the price: where the route uses them, they are paid to the driver directly.
When you do need to write
Your flight is cancelled. Message support as soon as the airline announces it. We cancel the booking with no penalty, or move it to a new flight if you already have one.
