Barcelona hotel transfers: what your reception can arrange for you
Many guests discover us at the reception desk: the hotel books the car, the guest simply walks out to it. Here is how that works, and what a transfer to each part of Barcelona actually costs - the same fixed prices whether you book yourself or the hotel books for you.

If your hotel books for you
Partner hotels have their own panel: reception enters your name, flight number and destination, and the confirmation appears instantly. You will usually be told the meeting point and the driver's name at check-in or by message.
What to ask at reception, in one line: "Please book a Let's GO Transfer for my flight - here is the number." That is enough; the rest is on their side.
If you book it yourself
Same prices, two minutes on the site or through the app. Useful details:
- Meeting point. The driver contacts you after landing and gives the exact meeting point. A name sign in the arrivals hall is the Meet & Greet option: included with Premium, 10 EUR for Comfort and Van.
- Flight tracking. A delayed flight moves the pickup automatically; 60 minutes of waiting are included free.
- Children. Child seats are provided at no extra cost - just say how many and what ages.
- Luggage. Three large cases plus hand luggage fit a Comfort sedan; more than that, choose a Van.
- Toll roads. If you prefer the toll motorway, tolls are paid separately by the passenger; the transfer price itself stays the same.
FAQ
Is a hotel booking more expensive than booking directly? No. The price comes from the same tariff: base fare plus kilometres.
Can the hotel book the return journey too? Yes, and it is worth doing at check-in rather than on your last morning - early flights are the busiest slot.
We arrive at 02:00. Is there a night surcharge? No. The fixed price applies around the clock.
Can the driver take us to a restaurant or a viewpoint on the way? Short stops are agreed with the driver; longer plans are better booked as hourly hire (at a fixed price shown before booking/hour).
