Transfer from the ship to your flight. Room for cruise luggage, pick-up timed to your flight.

It is 85 km from Tarragona cruise port to Barcelona airport, and the drive takes ~1 hr 1 min. Reus airport is closer, but it mostly handles seasonal charters. For a long-haul flight you will have to travel to Barcelona airport.
60 minutes of free waiting are counted from the ship's actual arrival
The amount is fixed when you book, and a night pick-up or traffic does not change it.
Tell us your terminal number or your flight number and the driver will take you to the entrance you need.
The price is for the whole car, not per passenger. It is fixed when you book and does not change because of traffic, a night pick-up or the ship arriving late.

T1 or T2. Barcelona airport has two terminals. Which one you leave from depends on your airline. Give us your flight number when you book and the driver will take you straight to the right terminal. Get the terminal wrong and you will have to take the shuttle to the other one, and before a flight there is usually no time for that.
We take the C-32. The quickest way to the airport runs along the C-32 toll motorway. Tolls are not included in the transfer price. The AP-7 is toll-free, but it is noticeably longer.
Leave earlier in high season. In summer and at weekends there are hold-ups on the C-32 near Sitges and on the AP-7. So allow yourself extra time: add at least half an hour to the journey time the calculator shows. August weekends especially.
All the options, with prices and journey times. Operators' fares correct as of October 2026.
| Option | Price | Time | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Train from Tarragona station | from €12 | ~2 h 20 min | you first have to leave the port, then the train and a change onto the airport line |
| High-speed train from Camp de Tarragona | from €25 | ~2 h | a 12 km taxi ride to the station, then a change in Barcelona |
| Bus to Barcelona, then the Aerobús | from €20 | ~2 h 30 min | two changes with cruise luggage |
| Taxi from the terminal | ~€200 | ~1 h | you do not know the price in advance, and it is expensive over that distance |
| Let's GO transfer | from €172 | ~1 hr 1 min | from the meeting point in the port to your departure terminal, price per car, fixed when you book |
At the official meeting point, Moll de Costa 7. The port only lets passengers into the cruise terminal, so cars are not allowed onto the quay. A port bus takes passengers from the terminal to the meeting point; it runs while ships are boarding and disembarking.
~1 hr 1 min over 85 km in normal conditions. In summer and at weekends it takes longer: there is traffic on the C-32 near Sitges and on the AP-7.
The drive takes ~1 hr 1 min. Barcelona airport asks you to be in the terminal two hours before a flight within Schengen and three hours before flights to other destinations. Add that to the driving time, allow extra for traffic, and you have your departure time.
No. The quickest route runs along the C-32 toll road, and the toll is not part of the fare.
Reus, if your flight goes from there: it is closer to the port. But long-haul flights go from Barcelona, so after a cruise most passengers head there.
The one your airline flies from. The airport has two terminals, and which one you need depends on the airline, not the destination. Give us your flight number when you book.
60 minutes from the moment the ship arrives. We track the ship's arrival ourselves, so the pick-up time shifts with it.
Nothing to worry about: the free waiting time is counted from the actual arrival, not from the scheduled time. We go into delays in detail in our blog.
Per car. The fare covers the whole car and everyone in it: whether there are two of you or four, you pay the same.
A Comfort car takes two standard suitcases. If the cases are large or there are more than three of you, take a Van: seven seats and a roomy boot. We have gone through what fits where in our blog.
Yes - you can cancel a booked trip at any time, with no cancellation fee.
After the ride. The amount is held on your card when you book and charged once the trip is completed. We do not take cash.
