The Ebro Delta twenty minutes away. Rice fields to the horizon, lagoons, flamingos. In spring the flooded fields mirror the sky - photographers from all over Catalonia come here for that shot.
It is a protected area. In the delta there are observation towers, cycle paths between the canals and boat trips to the river mouth.
The neighbours are close. Amposta and Sant Carles de la Ràpita are a quarter of an hour's drive. From the airport to Tarragona is 10 km.
