From Calafell to your departure terminal: pick-up at your address, fixed price per car.

Barcelona airport is 52 km from Calafell. This is El Prat, by the sea between Castelldefels and Barcelona. The drive takes about 42 minutes, and the price, from €78, is shown before you book.
The driver comes to the address you gave us and messages you in the app chat before setting off. The car's registration is shown in the app.
Your total is set when you book, and neither night journeys nor traffic will change it.
Tell us your terminal number or your flight number, and the driver will drop you at the entrance you need.
The price is for the whole car, not per passenger. It is fixed when you book and does not change because of traffic, night hours or a delayed flight.

Santa Creu castle opens in the mornings in winter. The medieval fortress stands in the historic centre of Calafell, on C. de les Penyes, and documents first mention it in 1037. From November to January the castle is open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00. A ticket costs €4, or €2.50 concessions. If your flight is in the evening, you will have time to walk up to the castle in the morning and be back for your bags when the driver arrives. Note that the castle is closed on 25 and 26 December and on 1 and 6 January.
The Ciutadella Ibèrica settlement is more than 2,500 years old. The Cossetani Iberians founded it in the 6th century BC, and people lived here until the end of the 3rd century BC. The site lies by the Ctra. de Barcelona road, at km 141. In winter it opens on the same days and at the same hours as the castle, and it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. A separate ticket costs the same as one for the castle. If you want to see both, buy the combined ticket for €8, or €5 concessions: it is valid for a year and also covers the La Confraria museum.
Three Blue Flag beaches. Calafell Platja, l'Estany-Mas Mel and Segur de Calafell together make up 5 km of golden sand, and the town has been awarded the Bandera Blava for them since 1992. Before a daytime flight you will have time for a walk by the sea, and the driver will pick you up at the address you give in your booking.
The first train from Calafell leaves at 05:23. On weekdays it reaches the airport at 06:56, while on Saturdays and Sundays the first train does not leave until 06:02 and arrives at 07:26. During the day, from 06:37 to 21:35, trains leave every 30 minutes, and the journey usually takes 1 h 19-21 min. If your plane leaves before nine in the morning, even the first train will get you to the airport with no time to spare. The last train that still gets you to the airport leaves Calafell at 22:02.
From T1 you also need a bus after the train. Aeroport station is by terminal T2. Vueling, Iberia, British Airways and Lufthansa passengers flying from T1 will have to change from the train to the free bus between the terminals, and that bus takes 14 minutes. If you are flying from T1, allow an extra 15-20 minutes for this change. Ryanair, easyJet and Wizz Air passengers do not need it, because their flights leave from T2.
Calafell tourist office is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 14:00. Those are its hours outside the summer season; the phone number is +34 977 699 141. For questions about the castle and the Iberian settlement, you can call Calafell Històric on +34 977 694 683. If you want to visit the castle or the settlement before you leave, call Calafell Històric in advance and check the opening hours for that day. Set the pick-up time after the call, once you know how long your walk around old Calafell will take.
Every option with prices and travel times. Operator fares current as of November 2026.
| Option | Price | Time | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rodalies R2 Sud and R2 Nord trains | €6.60 | 1 h 19 min to 1 h 41 min | from Calafell or Segur de Calafell station, changing at Sants on the same ticket; the airport station is only at T2; 35 trains on weekdays, 33 on Saturdays and on Sundays |
| Taxi | on the meter | ~42 min | Catalan intercity fare plus a €4.60 airport supplement; the total depends on the road and the journey time; if the driver takes the C-32, the passenger pays its toll for both directions |
| Let's GO transfer | from €78 | ~42 min | from your address in Calafell or Segur to your flight's terminal, the driver helps with your luggage, fixed price per car |
The transfer costs from €78 per car in the most affordable class, Econom for 3 passengers. You will see the Eco, Business, Van, Premium and Bus prices in the calculator before you book. The price is per car and fixed when you book.
The price is for the whole car, not per person. Business seats 3 passengers, and Van takes up to 7. Choose the car class by the number of passengers and how much luggage you have.
The journey will take about 42 minutes, and the distance to the terminals is 52 km. We fix the price when you book, so you will not pay extra for time spent in traffic near El Prat. By train with a change, the trip from Calafell takes longer, while with a transfer there is no change and no waiting for a train.
Aena advises arriving at Barcelona airport 2 hours before a Schengen flight and 3 hours before a flight outside Schengen, for example to the UK or the USA. Add the drive from Calafell to that, and we recommend leaving extra time for the unexpected.
Yes, you can, but you will need to change at Sants station: the R2 Sud runs from Calafell, and the R2 Nord goes on to the airport. One ticket covers the whole journey and costs €6.60. If you have luggage, we recommend a transfer. The driver will take you from your address to the terminal you need and help with your luggage.
Calafell has two stations on the R2 Sud line, Calafell and Segur de Calafell, and from both there are trains with a change at Sants. Trains to Barcelona leave Segur 3 minutes later than Calafell, so choose the station closer to where you are staying and check the departure time from that station.
For a group, the Bus class works well: a minibus for 16 passengers, with room for everyone's suitcase. If there are more than 16 passengers, book another car as a second order. You book Bus the same way, in the app or on the website, and its price is also for the whole car.
Yes, the driver will come to the address you give when you book, including Segur de Calafell, by l'Estany-Mas Mel beach or in old Calafell by the castle. Give the street and house number: the name of the area alone is not enough for the driver. You will see the driver's name and the car's registration in the app.
The driver waits 15 minutes free of charge after the booked pick-up time in Calafell. If you are running late, message the driver in the app chat.
No, toll roads are not included in the route price: you pay the driver back on the spot, against the receipt. If the route goes along the C-32, in 2026 a car pays €8.42 at the Garraf tunnels (Vallcarca toll). You and the driver decide together which road to take.
Econom, Eco and Business each take two medium suitcases, and Van takes up to seven. There is no extra charge for luggage, and the price depends only on the class. More in our article about luggage in Business and Van.
Yes, child seats are free in every class. A seat is required for children 135 cm and under: tick it when you book and tell the driver the child's age in the chat.
Yes, we work around the clock. There is no night surcharge, and the price is the same as during the day.
Message support on WhatsApp: we will sort it out and move your Calafell pick-up to the new time.
A planned trip can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the car arrives.
The amount is reserved on your card before the trip and charged after it. Payment is by bank card in the app or on the website.
