A transfer to Perpignan. Fixed price, no changes.

Perpignan is 206 km from Barcelona airport, across the border in France. It is the main city of Roussillon: in the 13th and 14th centuries it was the capital of the Kingdom of Majorca, and the city still calls itself Catalan. The drive takes about 2 hours 31 minutes, and the price, from €263, is shown before you book.
We track your flight and wait 60 minutes free of charge from the moment your plane actually lands.
Your total is set when you book, and neither night journeys nor traffic will change it.
No trains, no buses, no metro with suitcases in tow. Your holiday starts the moment you get in the car.
The price is for the whole car, not per passenger. It is fixed when you book and does not change because of traffic, night hours or a delayed flight.

Took a long-distance transfer from Barcelona to Valencia with my family. Three people, lots of luggage, and a fixed price that was actually cheaper than the train tickets for all of us. The driver arrived right on time, the car was spacious and comfortable, and we could just relax instead of dealing with stations and connections. Booking through the app was simple and instant. Great value for money.

The Castillet, gateway to the old town. Work on this brick and marble fortress began in 1368. Inside is the Casa Pairal museum, which tells the story of Perpignan and its local traditions. A climb of 142 steps leads up to the viewing platform. It is worth the effort: you can see the whole city from the top.
The Palace of the Kings of Majorca. The Kingdom of Majorca lasted less than seventy years, and throughout that time Perpignan was its capital on the mainland. The Gothic palace was completed at the start of the 14th century, and in the 16th century it was turned into a citadel. Allow about an hour and a quarter for a visit.
The cathedral and the Campo Santo. The Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste took almost two hundred years to build, from 1324 to 1509. Inside there is a single wide Gothic nave, which makes the space feel especially open. Next to it is the Campo Santo, a cloister cemetery from the first third of the 14th century.
A photography festival and the Sanch procession. From late August to mid-September Perpignan hosts Visa pour l'Image, the international photojournalism festival. Entry to the exhibitions is free. If you come on Good Friday, you will see the Sanch procession: its members walk through the old town in red and black hoods. The brotherhood that organises it was founded in 1416.
The sea nearby. A city bus takes 30 to 40 minutes to Canet-Plage, which has a sandy beach nine kilometres long. If you would like to see another small town on the coast, Collioure is about 20 minutes away by train.
The road and the border. Most of the way from the airport follows the AP-7, which has been toll-free since 2021. After the border at La Jonquera the French A9 motorway begins, and it is a toll road. Bring your passport or ID card: France is currently checking documents on its border with Spain.
Every option with prices and travel times. Operator fares current as of October 2026.

The price is for the whole car, not per person. Business seats 3 passengers, and Van takes up to 7. Choose the car class by the number of passengers and how much luggage you have.

Yes, bring your passport or ID card with you. Perpignan is in France, and France currently has checks in place at its border with Spain, so your documents may be checked on the way.
Toll roads are not included in the route price: you pay the driver back for them on the spot, against the receipt. In Spain the AP-7 is toll-free, while in France the A9 to Perpignan is a toll motorway. You and the driver decide together which road to take.
Yes, FlixBus coaches run from terminals T1 and T2C to Perpignan bus station and railway station, with tickets from €13.98. The journey takes at least 3 hours 25 minutes, and there are at least three departures a day.
You can go by train with a change at Sants station. The R2 Nord commuter train runs there from the airport, and a ticket costs €5.50. From Sants, Renfe and SNCF high-speed trains go to Perpignan: check timetables and fares on the operators' websites.
The bus is cheaper, while the transfer is quicker and more convenient. If you are travelling light, the bus will do. If you have suitcases or small children with you, it is better to book a transfer: the driver meets you at the airport and takes you to the address you need with no changes.
60 minutes after the plane actually lands. If you are held up at passport control, message the driver in the app chat.
If you booked the name sign option, the driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. This option costs €10. Without it, the driver will tell you in the app chat where he is waiting.
Yes, child seats are free in every class. A seat is required for children 135 cm and under: tick it when you book and tell the driver the child's age in the chat.
Yes. Business takes two medium suitcases, and Van fits the whole group's luggage and a pushchair. There is no extra charge for luggage, and the price depends only on the class. More in our article about luggage in Business and Van.
The Visa pour l'Image photojournalism festival takes place at the end of August and in the first half of September: in 2026 it ran from 29 August to 13 September. For those weeks, it is best to book your accommodation and transfer in advance.
Yes, we work around the clock. There is no night surcharge: the price is the same as by day, and the driver tracks your flight just the same. More in our article about arriving in Barcelona at night.
A planned trip can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the car arrives.
The amount is reserved on your card before the trip and charged after it. Payment is by bank card in the app or on the website.
