Barcelona Sants station: where your driver meets you
Sants is the main railway station in Barcelona. High-speed AVE and Ouigo trains, regional services and suburban lines all pass through it, and on a busy afternoon the concourse holds several thousand people at once.
It is also a station where the exits matter. Coming out of the wrong one means a ten-minute walk around the building with your luggage.

Getting from the platform to the street
Platforms sit below street level. Follow the signs for the main exit hall, which brings you up to the concourse with the ticket offices and shops.
From there the station has two main exits. The one most drivers use is on the Plaça dels Països Catalans side, a wide square where vehicles can legally stop. The other exit leads towards Carrer de Numància.
Your tracking link shows exactly where the vehicle is waiting, so you do not have to guess. It arrives by SMS and opens in a browser without an app.
If your train is late
Train delays are ordinary. Platform changes happen too, sometimes ten minutes before arrival.

The driver follows the train schedule and adjusts the pickup time, so a late train does not mean a missed transfer. If something changes that the timetable does not show, you can message the driver directly through the app.
Choosing the right vehicle
The Comfort class handles two passengers with normal luggage comfortably. If you are arriving from a long trip with large suitcases, or travelling as a family with a stroller, the Van gives you the space to load without rearranging everything on the pavement.
Our Sants to Barcelona airport transfer page shows the route: 13 km and about 24 minutes, which matters if you are connecting to a flight the same day.

Where exactly will the driver be waiting at Sants?
Usually at the Plaça dels Països Catalans exit, where vehicles can stop legally. The exact spot is in your tracking link, which arrives by SMS before your train gets in.
What happens if my train is delayed?
The driver tracks the train and shifts the pickup time. There is nothing you need to do, though you can message through the app if you want confirmation.
How long does it take from Sants to the airport?
About 24 minutes for the 13 km, longer during morning and evening peaks. If you have a flight, leave more margin than the drive time suggests.
Can the driver come to the platform?
No. Platform access is restricted to ticket holders, so pickups happen at the station exit.
Do I need the app to find my driver?
No. The tracking link works in any browser. The app makes it easier if you travel often, but it is not required.
