Public transport reaches the pier awkwardly. Metro L9 Sud from the airport does not go to the centre directly, and from the nearest stop you still need another ride or a fifteen-minute walk with your laptop bag. The Aerobus drops you at Placa de Catalunya, which is 3 km from the venue.
If you are flying in on the morning of the 22nd, book the transfer to the venue rather than the hotel. Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, tracks the flight number and moves the pickup time if your plane is late. Waiting is free for 60 minutes from landing.

How payment works
The price is per car, not per person, and it is fixed when you book. Traffic, night hours and the number of suitcases do not change it.
For an immediate booking, the money is taken when the ride starts. For a scheduled booking, the amount is reserved on your card at the time of booking and charged when the ride starts. A scheduled transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, which is useful when a conference schedule shifts.
Tolls are not included in the fixed price and are charged separately. The airport route to the WTC has none.
