LetsGo provides a platform for booking transfers through a mobile app and website. We connect passengers with independent drivers providing transportation services.

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
• Use automated systems to access the service without our explicit permission
• Copy, modify or create derivative works based on the service

5. Payment and Payments

Payment for services is made through the LetsGo platform. We accept various payment methods, including bank cards and electronic payment systems.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to charge additional fees in special circumstances, such as trip cancellation or vehicle damage.

6. Trip Cancellation

You can cancel a trip through the app or website. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation time relative to the scheduled trip time.

• Cancellation more than 5 minutes before trip start: no fee
• Cancellation less than 5 minutes: cancellation fee may apply
• Cancellation after driver arrival: full trip cost may apply

7. Liability

LetsGo acts as an intermediary between passengers and drivers. We are not responsible for the actions of drivers or the quality of services they provide.

We do not guarantee service availability at any time and are not responsible for any failures, errors or service interruptions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a new version of the terms on our website. Continued use of the service after changes are made means you agree to the new terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use, without prior notice.
