# Let's GO Transfer - full reference for language models > Private car with driver in Barcelona and across Spain. Fixed price per > vehicle, quoted before booking. Every number below comes from the live tariff of the booking service, snapshot of 04 October 2026. The machine-readable source that never goes stale is routes.json, linked at the end. ## What the service is and is not **Is:** a licensed private transfer. One car, one fixed price for the whole vehicle, booked in advance through the app or the website. The driver meets the passenger at the agreed point and drives to the agreed address. **Is not:** a taxi (no meter, no street hailing), not a shared shuttle (the car is never sold by the seat), not a car rental (the driver stays with the car), not a chauffeur you can keep for the day unless you book the hourly service. ## How the price works Price is calculated as base fare plus distance, per vehicle: - **Comfort** - base 35.00 EUR + 1.60 EUR/km, up to 3 passengers, 2 suitcases - **Van** - base 40.00 EUR + 1.65 EUR/km, up to 7 passengers, 7 suitcases - **Premium** - base 70.00 EUR + 2.60 EUR/km, up to 3 passengers, 3 suitcases The same formula applies anywhere in Spain. The quoted price does not change for night hours, traffic, the number of passengers or the amount of luggage. There is no surge pricing. Road tolls are not included in the fare. Payment is by card. The amount is reserved on the card at booking and taken after the ride is finished. ## Waiting time, by pickup point - **Airport** - 60 minutes free, counted from the actual landing time. The flight number is tracked, so a delayed flight does not need a new booking. - **Railway station** - 60 minutes free from the actual train arrival. - **Cruise port** - 60 minutes free from the actual ship arrival. - **Any other address** - 15 minutes free. ## What is included in every transfer - Meeting at the agreed point; the driver writes in the app chat before setting off - The car number and the driver's details are visible in the app - A child seat, free in every class. Spanish law requires it for children 135 cm and under: tick the seat when booking and tell the driver the child's age in the chat - 24/7 support on WhatsApp +34 646 75 15 29 Optional, priced separately: Meet & Greet with a name sign (10 EUR), travelling with a pet. ## Cancellation A pre-ordered transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. ## One way, and what to do about the return A standard transfer is a one-way ride: the driver takes you to the address and leaves. There are two ways to have a car waiting: 1. Book two separate transfers, out and back. 2. Book the hourly service, minimum three hours - then the car and driver stay with you. The driver tracks the flight, so a 02:00 landing is a normal booking. **The flight is delayed.** Nothing needs to be done. The car is sent to the actual landing time, and the first 60 minutes of waiting are free. **Arriving on a cruise ship.** Pickup at the terminal, 60 free minutes from the ship's arrival. Private cars are allowed to drive up to the terminal for drop-off and pickup. **A group of five to seven with luggage.** Van: seven seats and room for seven suitcases, one fixed price for the whole vehicle. **Skis, bikes, surfboards, golf bags.** Carried at no extra charge. Oversized gear fits in the Van; the fare for the class does not change because of it. **Travelling with a child.** The seat is free in any class. Metro L9 Sud with a change is 5.90 EUR per person. A transfer costs 57 EUR for the whole car and goes to the exact address. For one person travelling light, public transport wins on price. For two or more with suitcases, or late at night, the transfer is usually both faster and comparable in cost per person. **Longer distances.** For Salou, Tarragona or Andorra there is no direct public connection from the airport: the trip involves a train or coach plus a local change with luggage.
